A dangerous mercenary group stationed around Hillvon specifically in the Two Court District.
Possible author of the note threatening Hillvon and Baldir Halfgray.
Abducted Sophinia Drue, under the hire of a secret society who then sacrificed and killed her when she refused to carve statues of their gods.
They are said to have grown more powerful since Tegan's last visit to Hillvon. They have pushed out their rival gang, The Diving Bell, farther south out of the Two Courts district of Hillvon. Also, said to have burned down their headquarters.
A few days later, their own headquarters in Two Courts burned up.
